YECLASA STEELGLASS has a state-of-the-art tempering line, which allows tempering, not only floats between 4 and 19mm., but also solar control and low-e glasses

 

To do this, we have installed a new large-format double convection tempering furnace (5.20 x 2.60 m.), which allows tempering technological glasses with low-emissive layers; besides, due to its advances in the field of insulation and convective recirculation of preheated air, it reduces energy consumption.

 

The tempering process produces safety glasses, 4 times more resistant than a normal glass, that in case of breakage they do it in such small pieces that the possibility of generating injuries is significantly low.
